    I recognized Jonathan Richman’s voice. I’ve only ever heard him sing in Chico. Didn’t know he was part of The Modern Lovers, so looked him up! Small world 🙂

    Listened to this over coffee before breakfast. The song is hilarious, and the guitar work is delicious. Tonight I’m working on a blog that calls for a reference to Jefferson Airplane’s *Volunteers, *so I found the album on YouTube. A great day and night for guitars… Thanks!

      Thanks for the comment. When I was a kid, growing up in Wareham, I had written on my bedroom wall, in masking tape, “Jefferson Airplane Loves you.” Of course.
